Abstract
A report of a case was presented in which homograft replacement of mitral, aortic, and tricuspid valves was performed. Valvular function was assessed and remained excellent in the case of the mitral valve 19 months after insertion and of the aortic and tricuspid valves 11 months after insertion. The mitral and tricuspid valves were replaced with aortic valve homografts and mounted on prosthetic rings, the aortic by direct suture. The patient improved clinically but remained limited by myocardial dysfunction. Hemodynamic and angiographic data were presented.
