Abstract
Seven patients with endometriosis of the small bowel and pertinent literature are reviewed. One case of jejunal endometrioma is presented which may be the first reported in English literature. The various facets of endometriosis of the small intestine are discussed to stimulate further study and to create a greater awareness of this rare but not obscure disease. Suggestions for diagnosis and treatment are presented.
