Nonocclusive Mesenteric Vascular Insufficiency

Abstract
A 74-year-old man had probable nonocclusive intestinal ischemia after myocardial infarction. Angiography and careful monitoring of the patient's hemodynamic status allowed diagnosis and appropriate supportive treatment leading to recovery.
