Acquired Aganglionosis After Soave's Procedure for Hirschsprung's Disease

Abstract
A patient had acquired aganglionosis after Soave's procedure for Hirschsprung's disease. Vascular compromise of the sigmoid pull-through at the time of the operation was the probable cause. Posterior myomectomy of the pull-through segment was curative.
