Modified Anterior Crural Repair for Hiatal Hernia

Abstract

{dagger} Excellent relief from symptomatic hiatal hernia was obtained with a simple surgical procedure in which the two halves of the right crus were closed anterior to the esophagus, after which the lesser curvature of the gastric fundus was attached to this bed by the tails of same sutures.
