Cervical Dysphagia Lusoria From Vertebral Arterial Compression

Abstract

• Dysphagia lusoria, usually caused by intrathoracic vascular compression, may be cervical in location and result from an abnormality of the vertebral artery. We studied a case that was treated successfully by resection and reanastomosis of the artery.
