Adenomyomas are rare pseudotumors of the extrahepatic biliary tract. Their
microscopic appearance does not differ significantly from similar
malformations of the peritoneal cavity. We describe a patient who presented
with obstructive jaundice and who was treated successfully with a surgical
resection and a hepaticojejunal anastomosis.
