Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery: Techniques and Tips is a guide for laparoscopic surgeons who wish to advance their laparoscopic skills. The book emphasizes avoidance of the pitfalls experienced by the early surgeons who developed advanced laparoscopic procedures. Each chapter contains simple, practical information about performing laparoscopic procedures. Directions for positioning the patient, deploying the surgical team, and location of trocars on the abdominal wall are well described and illustrated using clear, black-and-white diagrams.
