The meandering artery of Gonzalez is a proximal collateral arterial arcade of the colon that shadows and is proximal and medial to the marginal artery. The space of Riolan is an avascular area in the mesentery to the left of the mid-colic artery. Sudeck's Point is a watershed between the superior hemorrhoidal artery and the middle hemorrhoidal artery.1
