INTRODUCTION
I wish to thank all of you for the support and confidence you have given me in the many years serving the Pacific Coast Surgical Association. I am deeply honored for the privilege of serving you as your president this past year. I thank my wife, Carolee, for the many years of love, support, and sacrifice as I chase my dreams, making this moment possible. Both of us feel very fortunate to have all of you as our friends. Our association is such that we have this wonderful family feeling when we get together at our meetings, and that makes the Pacific Coast Surgical Association a uniquely warm organization.
