The arterial supply of the hand comes from 4 major arterial branches of the hand and wrist. The palmar and dorsal carpal arches receive contributions from the interosseous, radial, and ulnar arteries. The deep palmar arch receives contributions from all 4 forearm vessels. The superficial palmar arch receives input primarily from the radial and ulnar arteries.
