INTRODUCTION
A 71-year-old man with non-Hodgkin lymphoma underwent positron emission tomography with computed tomography (PET-CT) for restaging of his disease. Before PET-CT was performed, the patient underwent an upright chest radiograph examination (Figure 1). He was asymptomatic at the time of examination, and the results of the physical examination were unremarkable. The chest radiograph and PET-CT images are shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2.
