The structures entering the subsartorial or adductor canal are (1) the femoral artery and vein, (2) the profunda artery and vein, (3) the nerve to the vastus medialis, and (4) the saphenous nerve. The structures leaving the canal are the femoral artery and vein and the saphenous nerve, artery, (and communicating vein).
