Carcinoma of the adrenal cortex is rare, and instances of simultaneous involvement of both adrenals are still rarer. In addition, metastases of such tumors to bone have been reported infrequently. These facts have led us to believe that a report of the following case may be of value:

REPORT OF A CASE

W. D., a white man 57 years of age, entered St. Luke's Hospital on March 17, 1939. His chief complaint was pain of six months' duration in the region of the right hip. He fell in September 1938 and bruised the right hip and since that time had had pain on movement, relieved at first by rest. The pain at times radiated along the right sciatic nerve.
